No general trial or refund promise is made by this draft.
2. Trial availability
A trial is available only if the applicable checkout or app store expressly shows one for the account and plan. The duration, eligibility, renewal date, and charge are controlled by those displayed terms. Do not rely on an older page or an example price when deciding whether a charge will occur.
3. Cancelling a trial
Use the cancellation controls and deadline shown by the applicable checkout, app store, or account billing page. If a displayed cancellation result conflicts with the provider's state, contact support promptly with the business and charge details.
4. Resubscribing After Cancellation
The current product does not implement a universal resubscription refund window. Any refund eligibility shown at checkout or in an app store controls the transaction, subject to applicable law and provider rules.

For an app-store purchase, use the applicable store's refund process unless support directs otherwise. We review requests using the applicable checkout, provider, and legal terms; this page does not promise approval or a processing deadline.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
Appointment or service charges paid directly to a listed business are governed by that business's own cancellation and refund policy and are not Ninetail subscription charges. Any limits on subscription refunds come from the applicable checkout or app-store terms and applicable law.
